Unit Manager Responsibilities :

• Responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care.
• Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
• Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
• Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
• Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
