Job Summary :
The Project Manager leads designated projects, interacting with customers and coordinating projects in alignment with standard processes. This role involves monitoring and coordinating project execution, collaborating with sponsors, program managers, and operations leaders. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring project objectives and client needs are met.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare agendas and maintain project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare and coordinate project reports for clients and the project team.
- Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring with clients on costs and impacts.
- Support the marketing of services to clients.
- Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
- Cooperate with personnel to achieve goals related to quality, service, cost, and profit.
- Report major problems, findings, and results with recommendations to the supervisor.
- Advise on potential organizational changes, additional commitments, and budget expenditures.
- Adhere to government laws and regulations, including building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of work performance and strive to improve skills and knowledge.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality in accordance with regulations and policies.
- Ensure a safe patient environment and adherence to safety practices.
- Establish project feasibility by examining alignment with organization strategies.
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of projects, such as EMR migrations.
- Develop and implement planning for assigned projects, serving as the lead contact.
- Manage scope, quality, timeframes, and project budget; maintain project documents.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, developers, and engineers for project completion.
- Improve job knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline.3 to 7 years of project management experience.Experience with inpatient acute care & ambulatory healthcare facilities.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
