Machinist – Disc Cell Operator (2nd Shift)

Lancaster, PA | $23–$28 / hr DOE | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Join a precision manufacturing team as a Disc Cell Machinist operating and setting up high-tolerance grinding, drilling, and milling machines. You’ll ensure top-quality parts while supporting production and quality goals.

Shift : Monday–Thursday | 3 : 00 PM – 1 : 30 AM

What You’ll Do :

Set up and operate precision equipment (Centerless Grind, Double Disc, Core Drill, etc.)

Inspect parts to .0008 – .0005 tolerance

Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance

Support process improvements and operator training

What You Bring :

1+ year machining experience

Strong mechanical and measuring skills

Ability to read blueprints; CNC / G-Code knowledge preferred

High school diploma or equivalent
