Financial Analyst IV

Hill International is seeking a Financial Analyst IV in San Diego, California

• Responsible for driving the preparation, coordination, and documentation of more complex financial analysis and modeling projects
• Oversees the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends, monitoring budget execution, and variances across one or multiple projects
• May conduct special financial and business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
• Partners with one or multiple business units to design and develop costing / profitability models
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 8+ years of related experience
• Subject matter expert and specialist on complex finance, accounting, and business matters.
• Expert Excel and financial modeling abilities
• Expert level knowledge of financial systems with 7+ years of hands-on financial systems experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting deliverables
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to manage, supervise, and coordinate the efforts of other Analysts within the Finance Team where required

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $132,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
