Job Summary

Milwaukee Recreation is seeking an individual to join its Before / After-School team as the Recreation Supervisor of Arts and Humanities Programs. This individual is responsible for expanding out-of-school-time arts and humanities-related experiences for Milwaukee's youth. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Partnership for the Arts & Humanities grant program and High School Arts Internship program; regular monitoring of site-based arts / humanities programs; technical assistance support to contract partners; analysis of program data and nurturing of program partnerships. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, results-oriented, and passionate about the impact arts and humanities programs can have on Milwaukee's youth.

Salary Range : $64,538 - $92,688

Qualifications

May substitute two years of experience for one year of education (a minimum of 9 years of experience without a bachelor's; a minimum of 5 years with an associate's).
