Job Details
As a Director of Finance / Accounting Supervisor on our team, we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience); CPA or CMA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in contract and / or construction accounting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with contract and construction industry accounting standards (percentage of completion method and completed contract method).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent; experience with QuickBooks Online and Dash project software is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models and perform data analysis.
- Willingness to commute to Honolulu 5 days per week
