Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk)

Harris Beach Murtha is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to join our Information Technology team. You will THRIVE in this role if you have :

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, including network, customer, and systems support
• A college degree or certification in IT or Computer Science (preferred)
• Experience with Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server, Office 2016 / 365, and conferencing tools like Jabber, Teams, and Webex
• Familiarity with Citrix or other remote access technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of systems and technologies
• Excellent client service, communication, and listening skills

Salary information below will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position, geographic locations and weekly hours schedule. The anticipated weekly schedule for the Technical Support Specialist in Albany and Rochester is 40 hours per week.
