Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service or support role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Familiarity with CRM systems and tools is desirable.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
