The Senior Manager, Foundation Operations plays a pivotal role in advancing the NALP Foundation’s mission through strong organizational management, program execution, and stakeholder engagement. This position works closely with the Executive Director and the Foundation Board of Directors to ensure the successful delivery of scholarships, research initiatives, fundraising activities, and strategic priorities that support the future of the landscape and lawn care industry.

This position reports to the Executive Director, NALP Foundation and engages regularly with Board members, donors, partners, and NALP staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight
• Manage Board and committee communication, materials, and meetings
• Lead scholarship program administration and annual award ceremony
• Help execute fundraising efforts and Foundation events
• Oversee programs and research initiatives aligned with Foundation priorities
• Cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders
