Position Summary

The ServicesContracts Accounting Analyst is an entry-level to early-career role that combines accounting support with business and process analysis. This role is responsible for setting up service contracts, ensuring accurate billing, and acting as a customer-facing resource to resolve invoice questions or discrepancies. The analyst will work cross-functionally with finance, service delivery, and customers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and efficiency in service-related financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Billing Support

Serve as a point of contact for customer billing inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolution.

Assist in setting up new service contracts and recurring billing schedules in the ERP system.

Analyze billing workflows to identify and recommend process improvements.

Support monthly close activities through reconciliations and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or related field (or nearing completion).

0-3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or customer service.
