We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our Estimating team. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $50K to $5000K. This position requires a strong understanding of construction methods, cost data analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Select metrics to produce valid estimates
• Visit sites to gather essential information
• Review documents or consult experts to collect all necessary data
• Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties
• Select advantageous deals from subcontractors by evaluating offers and quotes
• Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects etc.)
