    • About the Role

    We are seeking an exceptional Director of Nonprofit Fundraising who will drive our mission forward in enhancing education for young learners. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, dynamic leader with significant experience in nonprofit management, with a particular emphasis on fundraising, program execution, and community outreach.

    The Director will lead a dedicated team, set ambitious but achievable goals, and strengthen our partnerships within the educational landscape. This is a pivotal role requiring a strategic thinker with a successful track record in relationship-building with stakeholders, including community partners, policymakers, and funders. You should have at least 5 years of senior-level leadership experience and a passion for our mission, inspiring and guiding a collaborative team towards success.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee regional partnerships with public and charter schools.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff and AmeriCorps members.
  • Drive fundraising initiatives to meet and surpass revenue targets.
  • Effectively manage a complex operating budget while ensuring program and financial objectives are met.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization regionally, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Engage in strategic planning and demonstrate resourcefulness in overcoming challenges.
