Description
The Business Analyst II performs business process related activities that are focused on measuring and improving quality, cost effectiveness, efficiency, member and customer satisfaction and other desired business outcomes and strategic business decisions. The analyst is able to collaborate across many business functions and quickly learn new processes.

Job Duties :
- Proactively identify systems, products, processes and procedural improvements utilizing LEAN Six Sigma methodology including cross-functional impacts
- Elicit business and user requirements via interviews, workshops, questionnaires, SIPOC diagrams, use cases, user stories, business process modeling, analysis of existing systems and documentation, and other methods
- Create business requirements documentation and flowcharts to support interdepartmental initiatives
- Identify opportunities to effectively mitigate risks and improve business performance, ensuring defined solutions resolve problems end-to-end
- Facilitate interdepartmental initiatives targeting the implementation of new products, services and processes, as requested
- Contribute to department effectiveness by understanding the current methods of operation for the various credit union functions and how automation can be leveraged to improve operations
- Coordinate the review, analysis, and socialization of upcoming core and 3
rd
party vendor upgrades and releases
Configure and maintain system and product specifications in core and / or 3rd party vendor platformsEssential Skills :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business analyst position or business process experience within the financial services industryWorking knowledge of process improvement framework and tools is preferredAbility to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlinesStrong business communication skills; able to write / speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences including senior leadership, technical teams, and member support teamsRobust analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to critically evaluate user requirements to establish underlying true needsProven ability to professionally handle confidential / sensitive documentsAbility to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Visio is preferredCertification / License : Lean / Six Sigma and / or Scrum / Agile is preferredLocation : Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Rocklin, CA 95765 (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR 97124 : $90,000 to $100,000 annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA 95765 : $99,000 to 110,000 annually + annual bonus
