This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position based in Carrollton, TX, reporting directly to the Vice President of Design & Construction.

About the opportunity

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the complete administrative management of all brand projects, including all files, budgets, and schedules. This position coordinates all team meetings, manages vendor contracts and NDAs, and assists Project Managers (PMs) and Construction Managers (CMs) with tracking and compliance, including annual FDD updates.

The pay range for this role is :

70,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Carrollton, TX)
