Position Overview
A design & build / enhancements crew member must be a hands-on team player with a positive “I can do it” attitude. This role involves assisting with the installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects while following directions closely, dressing appropriately for the jobsite, and maintaining a professional presence. You will work closely with the crew lead and other crew members to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Have a clean criminal background
- Minimum one year experience in the landscape / construction industry
- Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish)
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
- Have reliable transportation to / from work
- Physically able to handle the workload in all types of weather and have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body
- Able to lift heavy without needing assistance (at least 50 lbs)
- Good communication skills
