Clamp Truck/ Forklift Operator
CLAMP TRUCK / FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Clamp Truck / Forklift Operator for a company based in Madison, AL.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible to move large, generally cylindrical objects in a warehouse using the clamp truck.
You may also perform maintenance on your vehicle and have other, unrelated duties within the warehouse. Pay Rate
$19.40 per hour Schedule and Hours
This is a 2nd and 3rd shift opportunity with the expectation to train on 1st shift.2nd shift- Monday- Friday 3pm- 11pm3rd shift- Monday-Friday 11pm-7amSome mandatory overtime is required on Saturday.
Clamp Truck / Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers.
- Operate Clamp Truck for storage and removal of materials.
- Adhere to OSHA and safety policies and procedures.
- Complete knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments based on season.
- Must be able to sit long periods. Clamp Truck / Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements
- 5 or more years in industrial truck operator experience required.
- 1 or more years in Clamp Truck operation.
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Must be detail-oriented with great focus. Job Type
