Data Center Infrastructure Construction Team

The Data Center Infrastructure Construction team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art data center facilities at scale and at pace. This team comprises experienced project managers, commissioning experts, and construction specialists who work collaboratively to ensure the successful execution of complex data center construction projects. They bring a wealth of expertise in project management, technical design, and on-site construction, ensuring that our data centers meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. By staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating innovative technologies, this team plays a crucial role in supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's data needs and driving our growth and success.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in developing program-level standards, project controls frameworks, and reporting structures
  • Ability to build or interpret dashboards, analyze complex datasets
  • Experience establishing or managing schedule standards, risk logs, critical path methods
  • Familiarity with construction budgeting, forecasting, earned value concepts
  • Strong ability to analyze program data, identify trends, and drive strategic improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence teams, and build alignment
  • Experience collaborating with colocation providers, contractors, suppliers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of data center construction, MEP systems, commissioning workflows
  • Passion for building scalable frameworks, simplifying processes
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program / project management, with a focus on data center infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing construction programs.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and design coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only CA : Hiring Range in CAD from : $88,100 to $192,600 per annum. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $118,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
