Our client an international AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its premier Employment Litigation Practice in NY . This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate to handle complex employment disputes and provide strategic advice to leading clients in the financial services and asset management industries.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in New York in good standing
• 3-4 years of substantive employment litigation and counseling experience
• Experience litigating employment matters and advising on employment issues including discrimination retaliation restrictive covenants and executive employment agreements
• Experience with clients in the alternative asset management industry including hedge funds and private equity funds is strongly preferred
• Exceptional writing research and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to interface directly with clients and deliver practical business-focused advice
• Strong work ethic professionalism and commitment to superior client service
