Senior Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Supervisor of Facilities Maintenance to lead and coordinate the daily operations of our maintenance department. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, managing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment reliability, and overseeing facility upkeep—all while maintaining compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise, train, and coordinate maintenance technicians on day-to-day activities.
• Assign and oversee completion of work orders, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to proactively identify issues.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and internal safety policies.
• Manage tools, parts, and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and respond to urgent repair needs.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized services or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history.
• Create and monitor Gantt charts and scheduling tools for equipment installations.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including downtime, response time, and maintenance costs.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational downtime.
• Coordinate with planning and operations teams to align preventive maintenance efforts.
• Track and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in maintenance budget planning and management.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
