The Operations Line Leader will be a key part of the Packaging team at RTP, where autoinjector devices are assembled. Line Leader will be responsible for the safe operation of highly automated equipment producing products of the highest quality serving Lilly patients worldwide. In addition, Line Leader will also be responsible for leadership, daily operations, development of operators, building technical autonomy, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and ensuring resources are scheduled accordingly per the daily production plan.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$25.60 - $37.55

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
