Packaging Technician (GMP)

• United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.  Responsibilities : Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure accurate and efficient product packaging in compliance with GMP standards.
• Perform line clearance, setup, and changeover of packaging equipment.
• Inspect packaging components (labels, cartons, inserts, etc.) for quality and compliance.
• Complete and maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and documentation according to GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve deviations, equipment issues, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following cGMP requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging efficiency and compliance.
