- Prior experience in the dental industry a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management
- Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems
- Willingness to build trust to achieve results
What You Will Be Doing :
- Build outstanding relationships with patients, Espire team members and insurance providers.
- Work directly with practice business leaders, front office teams the business support center teams on a day to day basis to help drive growth and operational excellence.
- Be the day to day direct point of contact for practice leaders and insurance providers.
- Be an insurance expert; teach, train, mentor and develop front office teams at all levels.
