Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025 Duration : 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Title : Home Health Manager Location : Beech Grove, IN 46107 Duration : 4 months full time Shift : Days, generally start time fluctuates between 7am-8am and normally works until 4p.m. or 5 p.m. but with salaried position can fluctuate Details : The Requirement for the role is as follows : Bachelor's Degree - Required Master's Degree - Preferred 2 years Supervision / Management - Preferred 3 years Nursing / Patient Care - Required Registered Nurse (RN) - Required or Physical Therapist (PT) - Required or Occupational Therapist (OT) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Required Driver's License - Required Auto Insurance - Required JOB FUNCTIONS Essential Functions % TIME - Program Review Reviews program for quality of care, accuracy, appropriate utilization of services and compliance with reimbursement criteria. 5% - Performance Management Supervises direct reports and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team. 5% - Performance Management Monitors the operations of a unit and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations. 5% - People Management Activities Makes decisions for direct reports and performs people management activities such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff planning, and interviews. 5% - Budget and Policies Participates in the development, implementation, and management of a budget, ensuring cost control and expenses are in alignment with the budget. 5% - Patient Care Improvements 5% Essential Functions % TIME Compiles and analyzes clinical outcomes data and implementing improvement plans to ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and regulations. - Compliance Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and internal policies including Federal, State, payor, and CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program). 5% - Complaints Management Investigates, evaluates, and resolves concerns of those we are privileged to serve and reports to the next level of management. 5% - Patient Satisfaction data Monitors patient satisfaction data and identifies opportunities to enhance the patient experience. 5% - Patient Care Services Oversight Provides oversight of all patient care services. Oversight includes : coordinating patient care, coordinating referrals, ensuring the patient needs are continually assessed, and ensuring the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care.
