• Create and update customer account information in the company's CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Organize and track service-related data using spreadsheets and administrative tools for efficient record-keeping.
• Conduct follow-up activities to ensure all customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and reporting, to support the team's operations.
• Prioritize urgent customer requests and adapt workflows to address immediate needs effectively.
