M365 Engineer / SharePoint Power Platform Developer

Looking for a skilled SharePoint, Power platform with strong experience in M365 Infra, SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Power Apps. Demonstrate a proven ability to build, test, and publish robust, scalable, and user-friendly flows. Ideal candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Adhere to standard coding principles.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in M365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and developing Canvas Apps
• Work closely with customers to demonstrate how their Cloud strategy aligns with Microsoft technology
• Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect's Cloud adoption needs
• Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Solution Architects for Smartsheet & M365
• Experience in unit testing the solutions to cater business need; Smartsheet product feature and design knowledge
• Experience in designing and building Solutions using Power Platform & SharePoint
• Build custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform solutions, PowerAutomate based solutions
• Experience in Source control, Cloud deployments, monitoring and debugging the flows
• Migration experience from Smartsheet to M365 - Review Aramark Project and KT
• Engage with customer stakeholders and ensure the recommended solutions are understood throughout the firm
• Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code
• Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with WinWire Microsoft account teams
• Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team
• Prior experience in working on Agile / Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira / Azure DevOps
• Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders
