As a Retail Loan Documentation Specialist, you are our loan experience champion. You'll be responsible for producing and reviewing all retail loan documents in an accurate and timely manner. You'll use your analytical skills, inquisitive mind, and detail-oriented approach to ensure documentation is in compliance with internal policies and Federal Regulations. You welcome a challenge and strive to continuously improve processes with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What You'll Do :

• Re-review prep sheet for completeness, COIN packet for approval information, and collateral information prior to producing loan documents.
• Responsible for producing all retail and real estate-related loan documents in an accurate and timely manner.
• Sends closing instructions to relevant parties.
• Review Central Credit Approval's work to include, premiums, property tax, and legal descriptions.
• Return any documents with errors back to the Central Credit Approval area for corrections.
• Verify documents and all work with the ARGO system.
• When necessary contacts the loan officer or other relevant party to request any missing information or problems concerning the preparation of the loan documents.
• Provide correct payoff figures when necessary to payoff a Frost installment or commercial loan.
• Carry out booking and funding duties as needed.
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
