Floating Experienced Caregiver

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care, support, and assistance in activities of daily living to our individuals. Are you an experienced caregiver that enjoys helping individuals in multiple communities? Do you enjoy working in a new environment each week or helping out where you are needed the most? If that is true for you then becoming a floating caregiver sounds like the perfect opportunity! As a floating caregiver you will be able to work in all of our group homes across Winnebago County and provide support to all of our individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with supported individuals
• Assist with medication management and administration, as needed
• Support individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Escort supported individuals to appointments and accompany them on outings
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry
