Position Type : Part-Time or Full-Time Shifts Available : Days 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM (Full-Time) Evenings 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time) Wage : $36.00 - $44.50 / hour depending on experience Bonus : PT $2,500 FT $5,000 Location : 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro

Registered Nurse Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans for residents.
• Recognize and manage common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults : cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administer medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness / response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow up action as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as required.
