Job description

Role : Business Development Manager

Company : Physical Rehabilitation Network

Salary : $80,000-$85,000

Location : Dallas / Fort Worth

Travel : Travel is expected around the Dallas / Fort Worth area

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to contribute our mission of helping patients move, feel, and live better. If you have a passion for healthcare and a proven ability to build relationships that make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

  • Identify and engage potential referral sources within your territory.
  • Promote PRN's comprehensive range of outpatient physical therapy services.
  • Advocate for our patient-centered approach, helping to expand our footprint and impact.

Relationship Management :

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, their staff, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with PRN therapists and referring physicians to drive successful patient outcomes.
  • Facilitate meaningful interactions between PRN’s clinical experts and key referral sources.
  • Partner with internal teams to highlight specialized services and programs.
  • Sales Strategy Execution :

  • Achieve referral and revenue growth targets within your assigned territory.
  • Implement sales tactics that align with PRN's overall growth strategy.
  • Increase physician awareness of our specialized therapy programs to optimize patient care.
  • Conduct engaging educational sessions for referral sources, showcasing PRN’s broad range of services
  • Market Analysis & Reporting :

  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage your territory effectively.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to Sr. Sales & Clinic Leadership
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical therapy.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
