We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Identify and engage potential referral sources within your territory.
- Promote PRN's comprehensive range of outpatient physical therapy services.
- Advocate for our patient-centered approach, helping to expand our footprint and impact.
Relationship Management :
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, their staff, and other key stakeholders.Collaborate with PRN therapists and referring physicians to drive successful patient outcomes.Facilitate meaningful interactions between PRN’s clinical experts and key referral sources.Partner with internal teams to highlight specialized services and programs.Sales Strategy Execution :
Achieve referral and revenue growth targets within your assigned territory.Implement sales tactics that align with PRN's overall growth strategy.Increase physician awareness of our specialized therapy programs to optimize patient care.Conduct engaging educational sessions for referral sources, showcasing PRN’s broad range of servicesMarket Analysis & Reporting :
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage your territory effectively.Provide regular reports and updates to Sr. Sales & Clinic LeadershipQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare industry.Proven ability to build relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical therapy.Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.We Offer :
