Supervisor Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

Compensation : $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary (US Dollars). The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations in a commercial building environment
• Ensure compliance with 32BJ union RBA standards and labor practices
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
• Manage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
• Oversee payroll processes using ADP and Blueforce
• Monitor and report on Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing accuracy
• Support budget planning and cost control initiatives
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required
• Foster a culture of hospitality and responsiveness to tenant needs
• Communicate effectively with building management and C-suite personnel
