The Director of Strategic Partnershipsat VPL will own the strategy, execution, and growth of VPLs software partnerships within the pharmacyspace. This role willbe responsible foridentifying, negotiating, and managing relationships that expand VPLs product value, accelerate adoption, and create new revenue opportunities.

WhatYoullDo

• Partnership Strategy : Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for software and product partnerships aligned with VPLs business goals.
• Partner Sourcing & Evaluation : Identifyand evaluate potential partners (e.g., SaaS platforms,logisticstech, data providers, APIs) to complement and expand VPLs offerings.
• Contracting & Negotiation : Lead partnership discussions, contracts, and commercial agreements with new and existing partners.
• Integration & Enablement : Collaborate with Product, Engineering, andAccount Managementteams to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact integrations.
• Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners, ensuring mutual value, performance tracking, and joint success.
• Market Intelligence : Stay current on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging technologies to inform VPLs partnership strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing and Sales to co-develop go-to-market plans, joint campaigns, and enablement materials.
• Performance Measurement : Define KPIs, track partnership outcomes, and report on impact to leadership.
