The Apartment Renovation Technician is responsible for executing renovation and remodeling projects across residential units. This role involves a wide range of tasks including demolition, carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure apartments are updated, functional, and ready for occupancy. The ideal candidate is skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform interior renovations including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, flooring installation, drywall repair, and painting.
  • Conduct demolition work safely and efficiently.
  • Install and repair fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, sinks, toilets, and lighting.
  • Collaborate with property management to prioritize renovation schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and residents when necessary.
  • Assist with inventory management of renovation materials and tools.
  • Document completed work and report progress to supervisors.

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in facility maintenance

  • The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off : Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement : Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.

    El Técnico en Renovación de Apartamentos es responsable de ejecutar proyectos de renovación y remodelación en unidades residenciales. Este puesto implica una amplia gama de tareas, incluyendo demolición, carpintería, pintura, instalación de pisos, plomería y trabajos eléctricos, para garantizar que los apartamentos estén actualizados, funcionales y listos para ser ocupados.     Responsabilidades principales :

  • Realizar renovaciones interiores, incluyendo mejoras en cocinas y baños, instalación de suelos, reparación de paneles de yeso y pintura.
  • Realizar trabajos de demolición de forma segura y eficiente.
  • Instalar y reparar elementos fijos como armarios, encimeras, fregaderos, inodoros e iluminación.
  • Colaborar con la administración de la propiedad para priorizar los calendarios de renovación y cumplir con los plazos.
  • Asegurarse de que todo el trabajo cumpla con los códigos de construcción, las normas de seguridad y los estándares de la empresa.

  • Comunicarse de manera eficaz con los miembros del equipo, los proveedores y los residentes cuando sea necesario.
  • Ayudar con la gestión del inventario de materiales y herramientas de renovación.

  • Requisitos físicos :

  • Cualificaciones :
