Procurement Buyer
LHH is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer to find a Buyer II / Procurement Specialist. This skilled person will managing purchases, inventory, and vendor relations.
Handle procurement, production planning, and finance tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Purchasing : Source components and manage international vendors.
- Production Planning : Maintain and adjust weekly schedules.
- BOM Management : Update Bills of Materials accurately.
- RMA Management : Process returns and coordinate resolutions.
- Inventory Management : Maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Reconcile QBO : Monthly bookkeeping reconciliation.
- A / R & A / P : Manage bills and customer payments.
- Jr Buyer(s) Management : Mentor junior staff.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in inventory management and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick learner.
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
