We are seeking a Growth & Content Marketer to lead Gelato's content execution with an AI-first approach to the marketing function. This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role working directly with the Head of Growth to create compelling content, scale campaigns, and pioneer AI-led marketing workflows across Web3.

What you'll do

• Create and manage content across blogs, case studies, newsletters, op-eds, and social channels.
• Repurpose long-form content into digestible formats like threads, newsletters, and short-form updates.
• Build thought leadership and narratives that position Gelato as the trusted infrastructure partner in Web3.
• Develop and refine AI-driven workflows to accelerate content creation, distribution, and analytics.
• Support campaigns around product launches, ecosystem events, and major announcements.
