Location : Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within a commutable distance from our PulsePoint locations. The Account Services / Client Management Director is responsible for establishing relationships across a portfolio of health plans and with key internal stakeholders to drive business results while actively driving growth through expanding existing client solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship and account management skills, significant experience in client-facing roles with executive-level stakeholders, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and a professional presence to effectively represent CareBridge.

How You Will Make An Impact :

• Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with CareBridge's services, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams for program services implementation.
• Partnering with cross-functional operations and finance teams to forecast and track key operational and financial metrics.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with leadership at managed care organizations, including performing site visits and conducting monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
