What You'll Do

Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and mediation statements with precision, enabling attorneys to focus on strategy.

Create fact chronologies, deposition summaries, and witness profiles that form the strategic backbone of each case.

Use Westlaw or Lexis to resolve procedural issues, delivering clear, actionable summaries to attorneys.

Lead fact-gathering calls with empathy, ensuring clients feel heard while maintaining professional boundaries.

Proactively spot delays or gaps in cases and escalate solutions to keep cases on track for swift resolution.

Use HubSpot, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to track progress, maintain flawless records, and streamline workflows.

$30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
