Business Operations Analyst

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partnersincluding Engineering, Finance, and Recruitingto streamline processes, optimize resources, and deliver actionable insights that fuel smarter decisions across Apple.

The Business Operations Analyst supports the BizOps team in driving and implementing operational processes for the AiDP organization. This includes critical initiatives related to budgets, headcount management, reporting, and process optimization. The role partners closely with other IS&T teams, Finance, and Leadership to ensure priorities are clear, resources are aligned, and decisions are data-driven.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 56 years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
• Experience working cross-functionally and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay & Benefits :

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
