General Supervisor
Supervises, plans, develops, coordinates, prioritizes, and monitors the day-to-day business activities for the center including, but not limited, to the store, truck, warehouse and auction operations while minimizing overall labor costs. The general supervisor is to ensure that the above operations comply with federal, state and local statutes and are performed within the Salvation Army's policies and procedures.
Education and experience : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field, and five years progressively responsible experience performing various business activities or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Licenses and certifications : Valid driver's license.
