This position is responsible for taking customer orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the system.
• Provide customers with detailed and accurate product information, including availability and pricing.
• Process payments and handle transactions efficiently.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommend additional or alternative items when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and company policies.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
