Product Liability Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with an international law firm that represents clients at the forefront of technological advancements, ranging from aviation to artificial intelligence, and possesses a thorough understanding of their industries and evolving needs. With 21 offices across the United States, Asia, and Europe, and a global network of legal partners, we are searching for a Senior Attorney with a background in Product Liability Litigation.  This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement.

DEPARTMENT INSIGHT :

Our client’s Product Liability Litigation Team is a nationally recognized practice with over 70 attorneys across the U.S., representing global manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and technology companies in high-stakes litigation. The team has successfully defended cases worth hundreds of millions of dollars, serving as national trial counsel for major manufacturers and securing victories in 22 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico. With deep expertise in aviation product liability, the firm has been ranked Band 1 in Aviation Litigation by Chambers USA since 2009 and Band 3 for Product Liability & Mass Torts since 2022. Beyond litigation, the team helps clients mitigate risks through strategic counseling, trial analysis, and industry-focused training programs. Whether navigating complex trials or alternative dispute resolutions, this department is at the forefront of product liability defense.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

The firm’s nationally recognized Product Liability Practice is seeking a Practice Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. Fully remote candidates may also be considered, depending on location. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of over 70 attorneys handling high-profile product liability matters, including bet-the-company litigation for flagship consumer brands and aviation manufacturers. The group is also nationally ranked for its work in mass tort disputes.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 3+ years of product liability or equivalent litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials and references
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented & highly organized
• able to manage complex litigation matters
