Litigation Attorney (Warranty) - Hybrid

Our client, a respected Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California .

This role focuses exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation .

Location is flexible within California , but all applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar .

Salary Range :

• $170,000 – $200,000 a year Key Qualifications : 5+ years of litigation experience , preferably with complex commercial or product liability matters Proven experience in : Trial and arbitration preparation Motion practice, depositions, and mediations Strong legal research, advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills Excellent academic credentials Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Prior warranty litigation experience is a plus , but not required —training will be provided Why Apply?
