Job Summary

The Senior Consultant is responsible for the project management flow, developing research materials and gathering client feedback where appropriate within several client accounts. The Consultant partners with Directors to develop client leadership and consulting skills on increasingly complex clients and projects. This person also manages several direct reports.

Client Impact

• Develop expertise in acting as a trusted partner to clients.
• Lead the internal project success throughout Project Lifecycle.
• Own creation of applicable research materials, such as respondent homework, discussion guides, questionnaires, and tab / banner specs.
• Oversee QA checks on programs, tab specs, and reports.
• Lead analysis and storytelling on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create report draft based on analysis review against the Analytic Plan.
• Attend and present at the presentation of final report.
