What You'll Do

As a Water Resources Project Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead diverse, impactful projects and take ownership of :

• Delivering Results : Manage the planning, design, and execution of projects including treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, distribution systems, and water quality improvements.
• Leading Teams : Oversee multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Driving Growth : Collaborate with leadership to grow our presence in Utah by securing new water and wastewater projects, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our market share.
• Shaping the Future : Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused work environment.
