Facility :

Join a well-established clinic adjacent to a 25-bed critical access hospital. The facility features on-site laboratory services, pharmacy, and X-ray capabilities, providing comprehensive care for the local community and surrounding areas.

Opportunity : Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) - No OB

Job Details :

• Join a collaborative team of 5 Physicians, 6 APPs, and additional support staff
• Primarily outpatient practice with optional inpatient work if desired
• Patient volume ranges from 14-21 per day depending on practice mix
• Opportunity to round at the local nursing home
• Call schedule is approximately 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend per month (shared with colleagues)
• Ideal for providers who appreciate small-town atmosphere and value work-life balance
• Looking for patient-centered, team players with passion for rural medicine
• Hospital has 24-hour ER coverage
• BC / BE in Family Practice required

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based arrangements.
