Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Hospitalist / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physicians for a lucrative opportunity Hayward WI. I am in position to pay COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE$ and help cover TRAVEL EXPENSES .

Position Details FM / IM :

• Monday Friday
• No Call no Weekends
• 8 hour Work Day
• Low Volume : 16-18 patients a day
• All ages for FM, 18+ for IM.
• 3 to 6 Month Contract
• EMR : EPIC
• Recent OP Primary Care Experience
• We will assist with Wisconsin Licensure!

30 Day credentialing
