Accounting Manager with CPA License

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting

Oversee client engagements, ensuring timely and quality deliverables, including revenue cycle and financial close processes

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's and / or CPA preferred

3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, including 2+ years in audit at a CPA firm

Experience revamping accounting processes and technology

Strong knowledge of complex revenue recognition and payroll

Proficient in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
