Data Entry / Customer Service

Serve as an internal and external point of contact for administrative and data entry support within the Applications Team. Utilize the LIS system for data entry and manage client information. Conduct high-volume data entry and organization tasks, provide customer service for new client and portal registrations, and ensure all updates are complete. Maintain and clean data as needed, answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and respond to all inquiries courteously.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for new client and portal registrations.
• Ensure all updates are complete and follow up with doctors' offices.
• Maintain and clean data as needed.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Respond to all inquiries courteously and helpfully.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockville, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00 / hr.
