Director of Music Ministry Job at Reformed Theological Seminary in Town of Charl

Back Creek Church is seeking a Director of Music Ministry who has a passion for leading musical worship, promoting congregational singing, and building up adults, youth, and children through music ministry. We are located in a growing area of Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities include :

• Public Worship and Special Services : Select music for public worship and other special services, conduct instrumentalists and vocalists, and hold weekly rehearsals.
• Music Ministry : Recruit, lead, equip, and train congregants with musical gifts to serve the church vocally or instrumentally.
• Administrative : Participate in weekly church staff meetings, represent the music ministry on the Worship Committee, and coordinate with other committees and teams.
