The Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — ensuring client needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable system requirements. You’ll collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and product leaders to design smart, scalable, and patient-centered solutions.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where your ability to analyze workflows, improve processes, and communicate clearly will directly influence the success of our products and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for new solutions and system enhancements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows that guide development and QA.
- Collaborate with Product Management to balance business priorities with technical feasibility and ensure alignment with product vision.
- Support project delivery by facilitating discovery sessions , managing change requests, and tracking deliverables through the SDLC.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, release notes, and training materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products, workflows, and data integrations — especially within healthcare, CRM, and specialty pharmacy environments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation that enhance data quality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles within technology or healthcare.Experience with Agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration (Product, QA, Development, Client Services).Strong documentation skills — able to produce clear, structured requirements, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and anticipate user needs.Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and Jira (or comparable tools).Preferred : Experience in the specialty pharmacy, healthcare data, or patient services industry.Benefits
