Head of Product Formulation

A company is looking for a Head of Product Formulation & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product pipeline by developing new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance

Lead formulation strategy by collaborating with labs, scientists, and manufacturers to create breakthrough products

Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews to ensure formulations meet high standards across key markets

Required Qualifications

Experience in developing top-selling products in the supplement, functional food, or natural health space

Deep knowledge of formulation science, ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems

Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA, etc.)

Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset

Curiosity and attention to detail with a desire to create transformative products
